Ozen High School: Bus #380 or #325 - Pick Up @6:20 A. M.
South Park Middle School: Bus #344 - Pick Up @ 6:40 A.M.
Bingman Elementary School: Bus #326 - Pick Up @ 7:00 A.M.

Management would like to remind everyone about the Bus Depot located in front of Building 3. The buses will pick your child up at this location. You may park and wait for them to get safely on their bus.

Scheduled Maintenance:

Please remember that Preventative Maintenance is scheduled each month for your apartment beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the day designated for your building. It is necessary that you allow our maintenance representative to enter in order to perform our scheduled maintenance checks. If you have a leaky faucet or a toilet that won't quit running, let us know immediately. Water is precious, help us conserve it.
